Braxton Carhart
Soccer Coach
Braxton is a native to Arizona. She has been playing soccer since she was 5 years old. She played competitively for 12 years. During those years, she played club soccer for AZ Inferno, Cisco, and Desert Foothills SC (Desert Elite). In her final season with Desert Elite, she finished 3rd place in Arizona State League 1. She was seen as a leader on every club team she played for and took on the role of either captain or co-captain.
Braxton was a 4-year varsity starter for Mountain Ridge HSl. She earned the Team Player Award in the 2013-2014 season and Offensive Player of the Year in the 2014-2015 season. She was captain her junior and senior seasons. Braxton continued to play soccer in college at Arizona Christian University on Academic and Athletic scholarships. She was captain for two seasons.
She graduated as a student-athlete from ACU in 3 years with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration-emphasis in Finance and a minor in Biblical Studies. While at ACU, Braxton was recognized as an NAIA and GSAC Scholar Athlete. Braxton is currently a math teacher at Mountain Ridge HS and is excited to join the Batavia coaching staff this year.
