FC Batavia
2026 Tryout Registration.

Starting with the 26-27 season, player age groups will be based on an August 1 - July 31 cycle (instead of the current birth year system). This new cycle will apply to all ASA-sanctioned competitions and programs that follow US Youth Soccer rules. It will also be used for all US Youth Soccer (USYS) league and Cup competitions, including National Championships, Presidents Cup, and National League.

By matching player groupings more closely with school grades, teams can stay more socially cohesive, making it easier for friends and classmates to play together.

Check the box below if your player also plans to try out for the age group above (their “old team”). All players are required to attend tryouts for their “new” age group; attending only the “old team” tryout is not permitted.

Example: My child was born in September of 2011. Last year my player was on the 2011 team. Because of my child’s birthdate, they will be U15 this coming season, while the team from last season is now U16. My player will attend tryouts for the U15 team (2012 team) and would also like to try out for the U16 team (2011 team).

I do hereby expressly assume all of the risks which attend the game of soccer and any other sports or related activities, including but not limited to physical contact and physical injuries. I understand that soccer is a physically challenging sport and I understand that there are natural risks involved. I agree to indemnify and hold FC Batavia members including but not limited to any adjoining facilities from any and all claims, suits, or proceedings arising allegedly or in reality out of the acts of omission and participation of the undersigned in any or related activity. I also agree to all rules and regulations of FC Batavia.

As the parent or legal guardian of the above player, I hereby give consent for emergency medical care prescribed by a duly licensed doctor of medicine or dentistry. This care may be given under whatever conditions are necessary to preserve the life, limb, or well-being of this minor, named above.
